Keep your days smooth & stress-free with a routine that fosters independent, confident, rested and well-behaved kids Check out the Super Routine Bundle

I’m excited to partner with the sponsor, Babbleboxx.com to talk about March’s national nutrition month and these 4 yummy, healthy and super clean foods your family is sure to love!

Nutrition, sleep and connection are the three things most important to me as a parent, and especially because I’m the person who keeps everything running in our household.

When I was pregnant for the first time and eating for three (I was expecting twins), I decided to make many lifestyle changes. The top change was what and how my family would eat.

That’s when healthy, clean and with as little sugar as possible became the motto in our house.

The twins were devouring salads at age two, which I know is a bit peculiar, but healthy habits started in the womb and continued into their first solid foods, and especially now that they’re into sports and always on the go.

I try my best to ensure sure the food they eat in their lunchboxes and at snack time are flavorful, yet healthy and clean. Finding snacks with a short ingredient list, and without preservatives, trans fats and as little sugar as possible, can be a challenge.

To celebrate national nutrition month this March, I was able to sample a bunch of  clean, and delicious food items my entire family immediately dug into – and devoured.

Take a look at all these goodies!

healthy and clean snack food for kids and nutritious food your entire family will love.

I love the convenience of grab-and-go items and when I find healthy snacks the kids eat like candy (without being candy and packed with unhealthy junk and sugar), I stash them in the car, in my purse and keep the snack bin in our house full with them.

I’m going to be stocking up on every one of these items, but first, check out the yumminess in this awesome healthy snack box, because I know you’re going to want to share with your family, too!

kombucha probiotic drink

Brew Dr. Kombucha

I drink Kombucha every day for it’s health and kombucha probiotic benefits to gut and overall health, so I was super excited to see this in delivered cold in it’s own mini cooler.

We tried the Brew Dr. Kombucha Clear Mind and Herbal Uplift flavors, both with natural herbs and known to promote overall health, wellness and assist in mental clarity and focus. Clear Mind was my favorite, and my husband liked Herbal Uplift. Both were yummy and the bottles are fabulous for repurposing, too.

Find more about Brew Dr. Kombucha and where to find it in your local store.

Jolly Time Simply Popped Pop Corn

Popcorn is a healthy snack favorite in our house, and it disappears out of the bowls as quickly as I pour it in, this kind especially! My kids can be popcorn snobs (if you didn’t know there was such a thing, now you do. They’re very critical of popcorn I guess) and they dug this popcorn so much, it disappeared quicker than normal.

My guess, is probably because it’s not covered in any greasy gunk. Simply Popped Pop Corn has four simple ingredients: butter, sea salt, popcorn and oil. There are no trans fats or hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils – a big plus in my book! Healthy eating tastes pretty good.

Find out more about this product and grab some at your grocery store on your next grocery run.

dairy free creamers for coffee and tea

Nutpods Dairy Free Creamer

When my kids were introduced to milk at the age of one, things did not go well, so we’ve been dairy free ever since. I adopted this too, because if the kids couldn’t have it, there was no reason to keep in the house. We’ve since switched to plant-based and nut-based “milks” and everyone loves it, but once in a while, I still miss those fancy coffee drinks I enjoyed before kids.

Now, with nutpods and these three flavors of dairy-free coffee creamers, plant-based creamers – original, French vanilla and hazelnut – I can jazz up my coffee every morning (and afternoon.) They’re made from almonds and coconuts, contain no artificial ingredients and blend easily with coffee, tea and cooking. I’m completely obsessed with them now!

Find out more about nutpods here and use the code BABBLE20 (code is case sensitive, so be sure to use all UPPERCASE) to receive 20% off your purchase at nutpods.com. (Offer valid March 12 – April 12, 2018. Limited to one use per customer.

Sprout® Organic Crinklez

I’m always looking for snacks to pack for on-the-go and the Sprout®Organic Crinklez are yummy veggie toddler snacks I can keep in my purse for hungry moments. These veggie snack are made from plant powdered chickpeas and popped with carrots, spinach and beets. My nephew who is two and my three-year-old devoured an entire bag in one sitting, so they have my stamp of approval.

These are available in Cheesy Spinach and Pumpkin Carrot flavor. The fun shape is easy for toddlers to hold and a create option for toddlers to learn how to self-feed as they transition out of baby food and into hand held food.

Read more about Sprout® Organic Crinklez and where you can find them at a store near you.

Granola Bars from JUNKLESS Foods Company

JUNKLESS Chewy Granola Bars

I usually stay away from granola bars because they’re packed in sugar and unhealthy additives, but these JUNKLESS Chewy Granola bars are different and are a healthy snack I can get behind! There’s no artificial chocolate flavors, no corn syrup of any kind, no trans-fat, hydrogenated oils, high-fructose corn syrup, and are Non-GMO.

Sounds too good to be true, right? Actually, these granola bars are all soft, chewy and delicious and made with natural flavors and mostly oats, and they never dried up or were too hard to chew, even for my toddler.

You can buy JUNKLESS chewy granola bars here and read more about these healthy granola bars at JUNKLESS Foods.
